Who Is Your Closest Friend?  Befriending Your Body

How do we treat a friend? How are we kinder to a friend than we often are to ourselves? If we approach our body as we would approach a friend, how might our inner language or attitude change? “Treat others as you would treat yourself”… How about treat ourselves as we would (ideally) treat others? We’ll be looking at these questions about our friendship with ourselves now and over time.

About the Presenter:  Rev Carrie recently completed her Masters in Spirituality. Her area of specialty is spirituality and illness. This concept of Befriending Your Body is the framework for a monthly group spiritual direction meeting, which will begin in February via Rolling Ridge; all are welcome.
