We want everyone to have a chance to know what we are offering, hosting, and learning! The biggest way we keep in touch with people is through our email list. A weekly update email is sent out on Thursday nights or Friday mornings with announcements and a calendar of the upcoming week. The order of service for our Sunday worship service is sent out Saturday morning. There are occasional special announcements that are sent out. We try to send no more than three emails per week. Of course, we do not share your information with anyone, and you are welcome to unsubscribe at any time. To read our latest update emails, please click here. Mission: Peaceful Journey’s mission is to provide an atmosphere for all, to gain the benefits of traditional/spiritual eastern yoga philosophy, meditation, and massage. It is our sincere aspiration to meet students with compassion, patience and love where they are in the moment; we endeavor to provide for your own unique yogic experience with gentleness and compassion.
Vision: Peaceful Journeys vision is to bring unity through yoga to the community with no dogma; using meditation to bring forth an understanding that we are one and through massage, facilitate an enhanced stress free life for all who practice.
Over the years the Tree of Life Interfaith Temple has engaged in outreach, both locally and globally. Our most recent service projects have included a diaper drive, donations to SHARE, support for Ukrainian refugees through one of our ministers, and financial blessings to immigrants to the local area through an immigration attorney who is also a member. In previous years, we've donated to our local food pantries, sponsored programs through local interfaith groups and supported the Smile Train. Through the Gifts of Grace Foundation, started by our founder Rev. Dr. Stephanie Rutt, we created and donated over 300 quilts to local foster care children. To donate to our current community service efforts, please visit our Donate page and use the dropdown menu to support your favorite cause.
