Harmonics of Grace

What is Grace and what does Grace mean to you?  Growing up, I naturally associated the word grace or graceful with ballet dancers.  As an adult standing in the back of a yoga class my yoga teacher ingrained these words deep into my psyche.  "On the Battlefield of Life, it is important to have strength, but grace."  I came to find grace in the most unlikely place, in the dreams of mine and my ancestors.
