Ayurvedic Cooking Class and Seasonal Lunch – Fall Cleanse
Join us for an immersive Ayurvedic cooking class and nourishing lunch focused on fall seasonal recipes and gentle cleansing. Participants will be introduced to the ancient healing wisdom of Ayurveda and learn the principles of seasonal cooking. Together, we will prepare ghee, kitchari (a traditional cleansing and nourishing dish), and a balancing digestive tea.
The class includes:
-Hands-on cooking: making ghee, kitchari, and an ojas-building snack
-Shared mindful experience: enjoying a silent, nourishing meal together
-Community & learning: closing discussion, Q&A, and a special Ayurvedic raffle prize
